1. Save the Date — Availability Check
Everything starts with your date. You reach out, and we confirm if your wedding date is available.
If it is, we move forward with details so you can officially secure it.
2. Find Your Fit — Choosing Your Ideal Coverage
Every wedding is different — and your coverage should match your style. Together, we help you choose the collection that fits your vision:
Classic Collection — perfect for intimate, emotional celebrations
Signature Collection — balanced coverage for full stories
Heirloom Collection — extended storytelling with timeless value
Legacy Collection — all‑out experiences, long timelines

2. Make It Official — Booking & Retainer
To reserve your date, we complete two things:
(1) Signed contract
(2) Required Deposit
Once that’s done, your date is officially yours.
We create your invoice and, if needed, set up a payment plan that fits your needs.
From this moment on, you’re part of the Flashback family.
4. Dream It — Mood Board & Creative Planning
This is where the magic starts. We get to know you beyond names and dates.
Through WhatsApp or your preferred contact method, we:
Learn your personalities and love story
Create a mood board together
Brainstorm your engagement or pre‑wedding session
Define the style, colors, vibe, and feeling you want
Your session becomes a reflection of who you are, not a copy of anyone else.
5. Align It — Pre‑Wedding Details
Before your wedding day, we make sure everything is aligned:
Final details of your sessions
Review of locations and timing
Any materials or previews included in your package
We stay in constant communication, so nothing feels rushed or unclear.
6. Map It — Timeline & Shot List
As your wedding gets closer, we focus on structure:
Creating your photo timeline
Building your shot list
Reviewing special requests
Confirming itineraries
Receiving your vendor list

7. Shoot It / Capture It — Your Wedding Day
On your wedding day, we arrive ready to document everything:

The emotional ones
The crazy, fun, loud, beautiful ones
We work with an artistic + documentary approach, letting real emotions lead while making sure every important detail is captured.
8. Relive It — Delivery of Your Memories
After your wedding, we carefully select and edit your images.
You can expect:
Sneak peek shortly after your wedding
Full digital gallery delivered within 6 to 15 weeks
Delivery of any tangible products included in your package (Albums & Wall Art )
Every image is treated with intention and care.
